½ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. minced garlic 4 ½ tbls. flour
3 Tbs Old Hammett Seasoning
2 ¼ cups water
¾ tsp. salt
Combine oil, garlic and flour in sauce pan over medium heat while stirring cook until lightly browned remove from heat. Dissolve in 1 cup hot water. Add to flour mixture with remaining water. Add salt. Simmer from 5 minutes while stirring. Top enchiladas.
